Please read this [url="https://onepassword-osx.tenderapp.com/kb/1password-3-for-mac/how-do-i-install-1password-39-if-i-already-use-a-non-mac-app-store-version"]Knowledge Base article[/url] on how to upgrade to 1Password 3.9. If you still can't remove it, open Terminal.app from the Applications > Utilities folder and enter the following command:
[code]launchctl unload ~/Library/LaunchAgents/ws.agile.1PasswordAgent.plist[/code]
Restart your computer and then remove 1Password.app.
