Upgrading 3.8 to 3.9 using existing data file [Answered]

Have/had 1P 3.8, d/l 3.9 from App Store.

HOWEVER, even though I am/was happily using 3.8 when I try to install 3.9 it asks for existing 1P File.

My library searches show no containers.

What do I do?

    Where was your 1Password data being stored with 3.8.x?
  • I never had to look for it.

    Had a 1P folder in a Never Delete desktop folder but nothing opens.

    Had problems with 3.8 but eventually got it running but nothing opens at all.

    Don't want to/can't afford to lose all my generated passwords.

    Any possible workaround?

    I KNEW there was a reason I hadn't deleted all files.

    Found my keychain in a Misc. folder on the hard drive, opened it and everything is cool once more.

    Migawd I love this program.

    7 stars on a scale of 1 to 5.
