Crashed laptop

My laptop crashed last weekend and I have been rerstoring files. I have got Dropbox back working again and it has my 1Password info in there. However I cannot find my email with my 1Password licence (I purchased it in February). Is it possible to get that sent over to me again if I send in some proof of who I am (or is this information held in the 1Password files I have in Dropbox?
