I doubt this problem is related to 32-bits vs 64-bits (I'm running both 32-bit Windows and 64-bit Windows myself, and I have yet to encounter a problem isolated to 64-bit Windows).

I'm sorry, but I'm not certain that I understand what your trouble is. I just successfully saved and filled a Login at http://www.filesonic.com/user/login without any trouble, but I would love to get things working for you.
