Why is 1Password for Windows different from Mac?

Do you plan to bring Windows version on par with the Mac one ?
I love the Mac version the UI is polished and much flexible (you can customize layout, displayed columns ...).
There is as well extra features (tags and web site previews) but I don't miss them.
Please can you consider as overhaul of the windows UI ? Frankly as it is today it looks quite cheap, it is very rigid ...
I don't know if you have a lot you windows customers, but I wouldn't have bought the windows version if I didn't have the mac version and wanted to have sync between the 2 ...

We don't normally discuss future plans, so I can't say anything about upcoming Windows development, but we really appreciate your passion in this regard. I just wanted to jump on this thread to say I can't wait until the UI for 1Password Windows gets a bit of a refresh. I have read the historical and the other threads.
I love the product and have had almost no issues with going between my iPad, iPhone, Mac, and PC. I recommend it to anyone who will listen.
You said above you don't discuss future plans but could you hint at possible timelines for the updated UI? Specifically I love the column view and in-place editing.
The FAQ seems to have been the same for ages. But keep in mind this is coming from someone who has been anxiously awaiting the update since I first starting looking at 1Password for Windows about a year ago.

I really do wish I could say more, but there is much information that I don't have and the rest I'm not at liberty to share.
